Rintaro (リンリン) "Rin Rin" Hayashi (林厘太郎 Hayashi Rintarō) is the owner of the flower shop Florist Rin Rin, and incredibly fond of pandas. Although he is considered attractive by many female customers, the one that he wants to hang out with the most (Panda) is not interested in him.
Appearance[]
Rin Rin has black hair and eyes, a goatee, and sports a pair of black glasses. He is usually shown in his florist outfit which consists of a pastel-pink shirt, a lavender scarf, khakis, and a black apron.
Personality[]
Rin Rin has a friendly personality and treats others respectfully (though not as kindly as he treats Panda). He is completely obsessed with pandas and anything panda-related, though Panda himself finds him annoying. He will be confused when Panda treats him coldly as he doesn't see what's wrong with his behavior.

Panda's annoyance with Rin Rin is rooted in a miscommunication shown in episode 5. Rin Rin started to give Panda flowers, stating that they were from "Rin Rin". Because Panda didn't know who that was, he assumed it was a girl who loved seeing him try his best. He then started to push himself in order to show "Rin Rin" how amazing he was, but soon found out that Rin Rin was actually the florist who had an intense love for pandas. Due to Rin Rin's obsession, Panda tends to stay away from him and gets annoyed when in his presence.
